What a crazy whirlwind of a month October has been so far! Not only did my first book, Prude just come out, our little family decided to relocate to the countryside, AKA: THE MIDDLE OF FREAKING NOWHERE. That’s not actually a slag, btw; I deeply and profoundly love the sticks. Hence: so long city streets, hello farmland! But I’m going to talk about the book here because sex, porn, and relationships are more interesting than urban/rural musings and packing tape. At least I hope!
Thank you to everyone who came out to the Montreal launch at Drawn and Quarterly. For those who couldn’t make it, here are the highlights on the D&Q blog. Thanks again, D&Q!
So far Prude has been getting some great media traction, including:

If any of you out there are reading and enjoying Prude, I encourage you to write a review.
Either on Amazon.ca
Because Amazon is mostly where people buy books these days, it really makes a difference in how Amazon promotes authors. So pretty please, get your book critic on! And if any of your friends are reading and talking about Prude, kindly suggest they review it too! Okay, over and out on the self promo for the moment. Baby boy just awoke and doggie needs a walk. Duty calls!
Enormous thanks to all those who have been helping me prop up Prude! More updates to come.
